The reason why It took me a long time to show my grief because I have not come to terms that he is actually dead. Yes, I have read every posting and still did not believe my buddy FLEX, Shawn, MR BIGGS is dead. He is actually dead isn't he... The question is why? We all knew that he had heart issues but why? You see I don't except things too easily like most people. I have been built to ask questions and investigate why things happen the way they do...
My first instinct told me " Well okay it maybe a heart attack"
but he was healthy...... and if his heart condition was that serious with all his work outs.... Why didn't it give way before... why now... Why the heart attack?
What supplements was he taking before his death?
That's my question..... And it will never be answered............
