PHILLIP MICHAEL THOMAS IS STILL FINE AS HELL, STILL FINE!

Have you seen a man so fine that you literally have a Wayne's World moment  " I am not worthy!" Thats how I felt about Phillip Michael Thomas. Everytime I look at that face I get an eye sore and my eyes start to tear. I am a HUGE fan of MIAMI VICE. Thats was the main reason why I left NEW YORK and moved to Miami because of MIAMI VICE TV show with DON JOHNSON and PHILLIP MICHAEL THOMAS. THEY MADE MIAMI LOOK SO COOL AND I HAD TO MOVE AND I DID IT.   

I only watch that TV show for one reason and one reason only was RICARDO TUBBS.  In my eyes, he was the sexiest thing I have ever seen in my life and I loved his voice. He could sing his ass off but the music didnt match what he was singing... Does that make sense?  WHAT I mean is, the instrumental wasnt hot but his voice and his lyrics was good.

The album he made 1985  THE BOOK OF MY LIFE... I have it and the lyrics was good, his voice is insane but the instrumental did not match the lyrics. The instrumental didnt support his voice right. The producer on that record didnt understand how to use his voice.

There were rumors that he was GAY. Hell to the NO NO NO! NO WAY! I doubt that honey.  Im not saying it cant happen but HELL NO! My guy is not gay at all. You dont make all those kids and not love the process MAKE SENSE? ofcourse it does. 

Ricardo Tubbs (MIAMI VICE) character was so cool and I loved his acting besides HIM being so fine. Remember when he had that fake jamaican accent in some of the shows.  I have a jamaican background and it didnt bother me one bit because he was so fine.

NOW HE IS AROUND 63 YEARS OLD AND HE IS STILL FINE AS HELL. How is that possible? how?  He still got that beautiful curly hair and aged fine as hell!!!  FINE AS HELL can you spell that.  Remember when he did that love scene with PAM GRIER. When I saw that I had to run outside an jump rope just to shake out whatever was happening to me. I was like 13 years old when Miami Vice came out. and it sadly ended in 1990.  HOT HOT HOT. 

DON JOHNSON WAS HOT TOO.  I WISH I COULD SEE A REUNION OF THEM TOGETHER AGAIN. LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO CROCKETT AND TUBBS.

I cant wait for next year 2013 Olympia. I keep telling myself every year that I would go and never went.  I have to plan properly and forget other trips I am taking next year and stay home. Save all my money to go to Vegas to see what is going to happen to PHIL HEATH and ofcourse the one and only JAY CUTLER.

YOU KNOW I SAY FUCK ALL THE REST... THIS IS GOING TO BE A FRIGGING HOT SHOW.  JAY CUTLER coming back to retain his TITLE as Mr. Olympia and PHIL HEATH FIGHTING TO KEEP IT.

This is the Perfect time for all of us to go and see this one and not on the web.  This deserves to be see live BABY. I am planning ahead to go to this show.

YOUNG DEBARGE SHOULD RECORD AGAIN. MUSIC IS COOL. 2005 THE HUNT

I am suppose to be in bed right now but I have to get this off my chest because I am so dissappointed once again with the record company. MY FRIEND sent me an email to go on ITUNES and listen to another DEBARGE  which  is YOUNG DEBARGE aka DARRELL.  HERE IS WHAT I AM CONFUSED ABOUT..... why didn't the album do well  because he has a couple of cool songs on there.

GOING PLACES is my second fave with a jamaican twist. but if he slowed it down like a slight chopped and screwed but not too much and sang this song slow... it would be an instant PANTY DROPPER.

Another thing why did he stop.  He should have dropped another album.  he definetely have the voice and the style and he is 110% talented NO DOUBT. The songwriting is perfect. He needs new music to match the words.  Whoever did his record should have done better because he is talented.  He should RE RELEASE  I LIKE IT and LOVING YOU.  GOING PLACES WOULD BE A HIT he can slow it down and sing it slow or whatever.  I think he should do it again.

SHEILA BLECK SUPERSTAR IN HER OWN RIGHT AND DESERVES TO BE TREATED AS SUCH

I am so glad that Female bodybuilding is not over yet as rumored because these female bodybuilders work so hard and dedicate themselves to have incredible massive bodies so why take it away? What was the problem as to why they ( IFBB) allegedly wanted to get rid of it. That was the rumor for the past 4 years and there is no clear proof that the IFBB league wanted to get rid of it or that it was even a thought, but many have said it came from there.

All female bodybuilders I have met personally have a great attitude and they are the sweetest people in the world. Their heart is as big as their muscles and always make time to talk to you and help you in your time of need when it comes to health. One person who stands out as one of the humblest female bodybuilder in the league is IFBB pro Sheila Bleck.

I have had the pleasure to talk with Sheila Bleck about her goals to what's her favorite cheat meal. Watching Sheila Bleck on stage is like watching a graceful gymnastics female doing her floor mat routine. Sheila Bleck puts a lot of work and precision in her routines that when you watch her, you can't believe that a person with a physique like that can flip and move gracefully. She is a wonderful person and talking to her about her shows and thoughts on fitness amazes me. I am 43 years old (5 or 6 years) older than Sheila Bleck and I want to be her when I grow up.

She writes for RX Muscle sometimes and spends her time in the Gym. Sheila Bleck is one of the most down to earth people I have ever met since IFBB pro Hidetada Yamagishi which he is also my favorite.

Sheila Bleck is an athlete you don't want to miss on stage.

IFBB PRO CHRIS DUFFY WAS MY FAVE UNTIL..... I HOPE HE GRACE THE STAGE ONE LAST TIME

I think Bodybuilding is an awesome sport but it has changed over the years.  Lets face it, There's greed, drugs, sex and blah blah blah.  There was one guy that stood out from the rest in my eyes was IFBB PRO CHRIS DUFFY.  I remember I was living in Florida at the time and I caught that 1992 show ( I think it was 1992) and he was the tallest guy on stage and the biggest monster I have ever seen with a great smile and personality behind it.  I called it once that he would be the Next Mr. Olympia because he had size and good looks.  He could have had it all.... What happened? I would like to know what happened an why his life spiraled down to drugs and prostitution. I just dont understand......
You know when you are rooting for someone and they just let you down... Thats what Chris Duffy did for me HE LET ME DOWN. I could be wrong but he had champ written all over him and just BOOM! FUCK IT UP just like that. I just dont get it.  If I could have a sit down and talk to him I would love to hear why? and was it to much for him? Was his SELF ESTEEM FUCKED with in his surroundings. Just basically what made you go that route.

My thoughts on the gay porn, LOOK we all know that most bodybuilders do what they do to make money and at one point I was judgemental and said " Thats disgusting" it's a FUCKING SHAME! How dear they? How can they be so nasty and all that. But you know, As I have gotten to know some people and hear there side of the story why they do gay for pay and all that.  All I can say is... Oh well, it is what it is.

I was told Bodybuilders cant get regular jobs because they wouldnt be able to work out and eat every 3 hours on a job.  They wouldnt be able to take the time off to compete on stage. What can I say about that..... but what I dont agree with is how he went about destroying himself.  In 1994 he did a porn movie that will never leave him. They call him BULL STANTON and what can you possibly say about that.  I was floored when I found out.  Now all I can say is... What are you gonna do? What can you say about that?  All you can hope for, Is he happy? Is he healthy? Will he comeback on stage and do the Masters? One can only hope.

No judgement here, as long as children and animals are not affected by those actions then do you. I still want to get Chris Duffy's autograph till this day.  Not for who he is, was, whatever.  Just for the champ he used to be.
