NPC DARRELL TERRELL HEADLINES THE MIAMI ART OF POSING SHOW IN NOVEMBER

Going to so many bodybuilding shows and watching what was good and what could have been done to make it better for the audience inspired this show to be made in Miami. I found that the Posing part of the show lights up the audience every time with no fail. On November 10th 2012, The Art of Posing will be held in Miami with celebrity headliners like “The Black Prince” legend bodybuilder Robby Robinson, NPC ‘s super bodybuilder Darrell Terrell, Mr. Musclemania bodybuilder Corey Mote and the list goes on. The show will consist of Bodybuilders, fitness girls, Physique men and women doing their routines of expression.

BODYBUILDER SVEN MALDONADO TALKS ABOUT THE FUTURE

I have had the pleasure of having an interview with New York City’s own super bodybuilder Sven Maldonado Bonilla yesterday. Sven surprisingly shocked me when he told me that he was 32 years old and he has been working out since the age of 15. Sven was very open and candid about his life in bodybuilding and his thoughts on the fitness situation. His concerns were about obesity in America and what needs to be done about it. He talks about training clients and how it is important for them to meet their goals for themselves. Sven talked about his bodybuilding career and how he is highly considering doing some shows this year and he is coming back in a big way.

JOHN KOTLER TALKS C-PRIME AT THE IRON COALITION 2 SHOW

What a day this was to speak with John Kotler C-Prime at the Iron Coalition event. John was telling me about the C-Prime bands and what celebrity was wearing them like IFBB pro Dennis Wolf for example, Alex Rodriguez and etc. John is good friends with Dennis Wolf and they occasionally hang out.
Well John, I know it is real nice to be you right now. Soon enough your gonna have the whole Olympia stage wearing C prime. I still got mine! See you and C-prime at the next event.

RODNEY HUNT AT THE IRON COALITION 2 SHOW BOB BONHAM'S GYM IN NJ

Hanging out with Rodney Hunt for 15 minutes was one of the best times of my life. Rodney was so friendly and so open to discuss what's going on now.... to future ( hush-hush) projects for 2012 - 2013. Rodney gave me samples and a Ultimate Nutrtion T-shirt that I will always treasure. I asked him for the shirt off his back and he just laughed. Everyone at that event was having fun and getting a chance to talk to there favorite athletes was an evening to remember!

I was shocked and happy to see Rob Carbo at Manny's Event "The Iron Coalition 2 Show"

I was walking towards Manzo's powerlifting show and who do I see talking to

Officer Mike Juliano from SaddleBrook, Rob Carbo!

I walked up to Rob Carbo and asked him what time was it just to see if he would recognize me and he didn't for 30 seconds. I asked him again for the second time and Rob was so sweet about it and looked at the clock again (laughing)

I started to giggle and gave myself away and he finally realized who I was.

I got the biggest welcome that anyone could ever receive! Rob Carbo is the nicest person you can ever meet  and he looked so happy hanging with his friends talking about his career. We were taking pictures and having a wonderful time.

Hope to see you on my radio show again Carbo!

Yesterday at the Iron Coalition 2 show I met a very talented designer named Aaron Ash. I have known Aaron for close to a year on Facebook and I was always fascinated with the designs on his T-shirts.

I had to know who this incredible young talent is.  I had the pleasure of having a table next to Aaron Ash, Dwayne Wapples and I lost my breath every time I watched them unload the T shirts out of the boxes.

I grabbed my tape recorder and I asked the question what inspired you to start Steel Stribe?

What a great day in 67 degree weather in New York City with the tank tops and the thong slippers out not a month too soon. MTR massive muscle had New Jersey born Nanci Rockin Rose on the show to talk about fitness and her quest to get a date with Richie Sambora of the rock group Bon Jovi. Last year in April, Nanci made a YouTube show asking Richie Sambora out for a date and the podcaster of the show decided to get Nanci to talk about herself and why she would like to have a date with Sambora. Nanci is taking a year off competing to concentrate on what’s most important in her life which is her daughter, getting her master certificate of fitness and owning her own gym.

What happens when an athlete lives a clean harmonic life with clean food and a great attitude towards training. What is the one thing that can change all of that in a split second? It is Migraines. A migraine headache can cause intense throbbing in one area of the head and is commonly accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light and sound.
