IFFB PRO'S JAY CUTLER, PHIL HEATH AND HIDETADA YAMAGISHI.. HOW ITS GOING DOWN AND HOW IT MIGHT GO DOWN.. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

What is the weather prediction for Jay Cutler? Can you guess whats gonna happen at the Olympia 2013... between Jay Cutler and Phil Heath.  This is what I think whats going to happen in Las Vegas..
 Phil is gonna be second place and Jay Cutler is going to win.  Thats what my gut is telling me for next year. 

PLUS:

They don't want Hidetada Yamagishi to make history on stage, thats why they placed him like that last year. They know that if he makes history of making the Top 5.... it will probably overshadow the Olympia because that is big new right there outside of Muscular Development.  We are talking FOX NEWS, CHANNEL 7 and all over.  The first Japanese Bodybuilder to hit the top 6 or 5.  Then they said " OH ITS BECAUSE HE IS SMALL" my ass.  We know the deal.  He is the best poser in the world... are you serious?  I know there is more to just posing but lets see what happens next year okay.. We will see......  IF IT GOES DOWN THE WAY I THINK IT IS... THEN GIVE ME MY PROPS IN 2014 I WILL WAIT.

IFBB PRO MARK ANTONEK FIGHTS PARKINSON'S BY LIVING IN THE GYM

IFBB PRO MARK ANTONEK........ WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THE MAN?  The fact that he just keeps going ON no matter what obstacle hits him.  Mark suffers from tremors which we all thought it was due  to his SWAT response in 9/11 jumping into danger helping people to safety. A lot of Fireman, SWAT, police and anyone who selfishly like MARK ANTONEK WHO GAVE THERE LIVES are either dead or suffering from 9/11 with all types cancers, respirtory and etc. 

IFBB PRO MARK ANTONEK is also suffering with a condition that  may have resulted from his selfless act which was a shock to the whole bodybuilding world. MARK HAS PARKINSON'S..........

WHEN I HEARD THAT MARK ANTONEK HAD PARKINSON'S I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.  IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO ACCEPT HE HAD PARKINSON'S BECAUSE WHEN YOU SEE A STRONG, SMILING, KIND FAMILY MAN WHO LOVES HIS CHILDREN AND HIS WIFE MORE THAN ANYTHING IN LIFE, ITS HARD TO ACCEPT.

Thank God for his wife Darlene, at least he is not alone and have someone to care for him when things get bad.   The incredible thing about ANTONEK is that he still trains like its not happening, He guest pose and gets involved with so many things to help people because thats just ANTONEK.

ITS INCREDIBLE TO WATCH HIM WRESTLE ALLIGATORS, GUEST POSE, COMPETE IN THE 40+ masters and promote his own bodybuilding show...

WHATS NEXT FOR MARK ANTONEK? 

I CANT WAIT FOR 2013 TO SEE WHAT IFBB PRO MARK ANTONEK IS GOING TO DO NEXT.

CLAUDIA REID: WHATS THE WEATHER PREDICTION FOR MS. INTERNATIONAL 2013 AT THE ARNOLD CLASSICS? IS IT DEBBIE'S LASZEWSKI'S TIME TO WIN?

Hmmm! Debi Laszewski is doing the 2013 Ms. International show at the Arnold Classics.  So check  this out and maybe this has not crossed anybody's mind yet or it could be just me..... Last year at the Olympia, Debi was very close in winning Ms. Olympia 2011.... Right? or is it that she should have won the 2011 Ms. Olympia? which one is it?  She is going against Iris again at a different show and the one thing that crosses my mind is... IF DEBI WINS MS INTERNATIONAL THIS YEAR OVER IRIS....WHAT WOULD THAT MEAN FOR IRIS? 

I AM DYING TO SEE WHAT  YAXENI, IRIS, DEBI AND KIM BUCK IS GONNA BRING.  KIM BUCK IS ONE BIG LADY AND IF I WERE ALL OF THEM, I WOULD WATCH KIM AND DEBI.. THATS JUST AN OPINION...

CLAUDIA REID MTR: WHAT IS THE WEATHER PREDICTION FOR 2013 FOR THE IFFB PRO'S AT THE ARNOLD CLASSICS

This should be very interesting to watch 2013 of how IFBB pro Hidetada Yamagishi will bring it at the Classics.  Last year of his placing  at the Olympia has put a bad taste in a lot of peoples mouths with shock and disbelief.  We will watch very closely how he is going in and how this is going to turn out for HIDE.

Since Dexter won the Masters show in Miami 2011 and 2012, Lets see if he has what it takes to do it again IN 2013 in any show WHICH INCLUDES THE  OLYMPIA.  Lets see if Toney Freeman can get over that speed bump to beat Dexter. A lot of people are saying that Dexter has a way better body than Freeman and the only thing that FREEMAN has is the height.  I am dying to see FREEMAN AND DEXTER at the Classics because these two have been compared a lot and Dexter is always the talk of the conversation that he is more conditioned than FREEMAN which I slightly disagree only because there are certain parts that FREEMAN has better than DEXTER... but what do I know right?

ok CRAIG.... Let me tell you something about CRAIG SOUBLIERE! Craig is like the greatest bodybuilding radio poscaster I have ever heard. Craig was born on the radio and will die of old age on the radio. Craigs shows never ever dissapoint and I try to catch as much shows as possible and I am all caught up now.
Craig pulls no punches on how he feels. Craig tells it like it is and if you dont like it OH WELL.

Tonights show, Craig talk about the underground of Bodybuilding with steroids, drugs, male escorting, female bodybuilding, NPC judges and etc. Craig had Eric Mosely on the show and they were cracking me up with the truth. The things they were saying was the GOD honest truth and its funny but sad.

He had TIME RICE on as his next guest after ERIC and they talked about TIM'S clothing company LAST MAN STANDING and other stuff which was pretty cool. Then he had as his next guess NPC TIM WARD. It was an awesome show and I loved it.

EL DEBARGE JR.. THAT SONG SHAWTY ARE YOU OK? I LOVE IT! THAT SONG IS INSANE!!!!! INSANE ALL THE WAY! ADDICTIVE, SICK, KILLER SONG

OK! Here's the thing. I took a break today from work once an hour for 10 minutes to watch YOU TUBE shows because I can.. Im the boss.
I was watching the usual  EL DEBARGE second chance video, DEBARGE, AL B SURE stuff because you sometimes you need that 80's throwback. 
I typed EL DEBARGE on YOU TUBE and I got El Debarge Jr. Shawty Are U OK? video. I said to myself .... okay lets see what you got JUNIOR. And the song blew my mind and I started sing the hook and I was moving around in my chair.  I watched the video and I noticed he has the same facial expressions as his dad EL DEBARGE when he goes in hard on a song.
I LOVE THAT FRICKING SONG OK!  LOVE IT.  Its cool and it goes in real nice.  I hope we hear more of EL JR.  The rap in the song is insane.  This kid does not need a rap star on his track he can do it all.  BUT YOU KNOW.... seriously what do you expect? Look where he came from DEBARGE.

OK YOU WANT ME TO SAY IT AGAIN.... DEBARGE ( DA- BARJ- JA).

I SAW THE LIVE SHOW HE  DID ON YOU TUBE (YES LIVE!) HIS RAW VOICE ON A MIKE AND IT SOUND INSANE. THE KID GOT A VOICE AND HE IS GOING TO GO FAR..... I CANT WAIT TO SEE THIS KID IN CONCERT!

On Fit Physique Radio today. CRAIG talk about everything from his experience with DRUGS, JAIL and EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN.  HE put a hole in the moon ( in ghetto terms- IN DAT ASS) of this guy I never heard of named MUSCLE PAPA John something. 

Word on the street is, Muscle Papa was talking mad shit about Craig bringing up his past to anyone who would listen.. BUT THE TEE HEE HEE is on Muscle Papa because everybody who is friends with Craig inside FACEBOOK  and outside FACEBOOK already knows that Craig has been clean off drugs for 31 months and he gave his life to GOD. 

If you ask Craig about his life he will tell you in a hot minute.  There is no secret about Craig ( not a drop) HE TELLS EVERYTHING ABOUT HIMSELF.... WHEN I SAY EVERYTHING!!!! I MEANS EVERYTHING ( I MEANT TO PUT THE S AT THE END OF THE word MEAN) !!!!

He dissed the shit out of Muscle Papa!  If I was him ( MUSCLE PAPA)..... I would raise the white FLAG on this shit and beg Craig to stop talking.  CRAIG WENT OFF SON!   THIS IS WAS AN INSANE SHOW AND IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO IT.

HERE'S MY DIARY OF WHAT MY ISSUES ARE WITH MY BODY.  AND IT IS SUCH A HARD STRUGGLE TO CHANGE IT.  THIS IS HOW I LOOK NOW AND I AGREE THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN TRYING HARD ENOUGH BECAUSE OF THE ATTENTION I GET ON MY BOTTOM AND TOP.

NO ONE UNDERSTANDS THAT IT DOESNT LOOK GOOD TO ME AT ALL AND I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE IT VERY MUCH.  BIG LEGS AND A BIG BOTTOM AND CHEST IS NOT SEXY TO ME AND IT KEEPS ME UP AT NIGHT THE WAY PEOPLE LOOK AT ME. 

THIS IS MY GOALTO CHANGE MYSELF BECAUSE I FEEL THAT I HAVE BEEN HOLDING MYSELF BACK SWEATING STUPID SHIT WHEN I SHOULD ACCEPT WHO I AM AND THE WAY I LOOK.

THIS IS A START OF A DIARY OF MY PROGRESS OF HOW I AM CHANGING MY HEALTH FOR THE BETTER AND NOT CONCENTRATING ON MY BODY.  I CAN SHARE THIS ON FACEBOOK BUT I FEEL THAT IF I DO THAT I WILL BULLSHIT AROUND AND GO BACK TO MY OLD HABITS WHICH ARE

2) ICECREAM
3) HAMBURGERS
4) WHIPPED CREAM COFFEE
5) PEPSI
6) FRIED FOODS BECAUSE IS AM OF JAMAICAN CUBAN HERITAGE
