CLAUDIA REID- DIARY OF CHANGING ME FOR 2013 AND FOREVER




OK,
HERE'S MY DIARY OF WHAT MY ISSUES ARE WITH MY BODY.  AND IT IS SUCH A HARD STRUGGLE TO CHANGE IT.  THIS IS HOW I LOOK NOW AND I AGREE THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN TRYING HARD ENOUGH BECAUSE OF THE ATTENTION I GET ON MY BOTTOM AND TOP.

NO ONE UNDERSTANDS THAT IT DOESNT LOOK GOOD TO ME AT ALL AND I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE IT VERY MUCH.  BIG LEGS AND A BIG BOTTOM AND CHEST IS NOT SEXY TO ME AND IT KEEPS ME UP AT NIGHT THE WAY PEOPLE LOOK AT ME. 

THIS IS MY GOALTO CHANGE MYSELF BECAUSE I FEEL THAT I HAVE BEEN HOLDING MYSELF BACK SWEATING STUPID SHIT WHEN I SHOULD ACCEPT WHO I AM AND THE WAY I LOOK.

THIS IS A START OF A DIARY OF MY PROGRESS OF HOW I AM CHANGING MY HEALTH FOR THE BETTER AND NOT CONCENTRATING ON MY BODY.  I CAN SHARE THIS ON FACEBOOK BUT I FEEL THAT IF I DO THAT I WILL BULLSHIT AROUND AND GO BACK TO MY OLD HABITS WHICH ARE
1) BEER
2) ICECREAM
3) HAMBURGERS
4) WHIPPED CREAM COFFEE
5) PEPSI
6) FRIED FOODS BECAUSE IS AM OF JAMAICAN CUBAN HERITAGE
7) SITTING ON MY COUCH EATING LIKE A BLOWFISH AND WATCHING MY FOOTBALL GAMES. 

THIS IS A DOC OF A START OF CHANGING ME.
